Because I like to give broadcast to completely insane and unsubstantiated rants, here’s a little bit of reader mail Dorrk.com received tonight (4 times, no less) in response (sort of) to my old essay about the comparative moralities of Forrest Gump and Leatherface:

Tom Hanks the fraud and the imposter

I just wanted to let you know that I worked for Paramount on their movie set back in 1990. I had a set of unpublished scripts, diaries that they stolen, tweaked, perverted, added on slander against me and my family in making of this motion picture Forrest Gump. They basically made a parody of it, it was disgusting. I am bringing the case back, I didn’t have an attorney, everyone hated me because anything said against this movie was a crime in everyone’s eyes. This case has been in newspapers, The Herald Chronicle Oct. 6 1997(Winchester, Tn, where I am from and the Tullahoma News, in Tennessee) and the Chattanooga Freepress by Beanne Hyatt. Winston Groom sued them. During the suit I represented myself and they admitted they never used the book Forrest Gump to create the motion picture. They destroyed my life. I wrote about my brother who is mentally retared and legally blind, I knew of a woman who got aids and she committed suicide(remember Jenny on the ledge and then she dies) I wrote about another woman who sang in Tennessee, a man who was in the military and in a wheelchair, a blck buddy, fishing, and allof the historical events in the movie, they just made a parody of it. I listed several hundred similiarities and the judge told me that I should be ashamed of myself and called the police on me in the courtroom. I could go on and list this but, I will tell you I had a Forrest, a Jenny a black friend, A military man named Taylor, a Dorothy and all of these names were in the movie verbatim. I had the Hurricane scene where the military man who can’t walk is in the storm and he is drunk and screaming. And more and more and more. Forrest Gump is on ABC tonight and I am new to the internet and I found you. I enjoyed your web site, Hanks is a wealthy fraud and stolen an identity right out of my diaries. I am bringing back this case, an attorney said I could. This man Hanks has made money off the misery of others and it is sickening. I am disabled, I have worked 11 years as a health care provider for the elderly and the disabled, once I took care of a Jewish elderly woman, Fannie who use to fly planes as a girl that was over 10 years ago and I miss her. I have a son here at home who is autistic. I have seen a lot of suffering in my life and I have suffered in my life, but, this what Hanks did sickens you to the core of one’s being. He is a monster.
